摘要
为了满足我国空间站长期载人飞行任务中垃圾存储的需求,需对航天员在轨正常飞行期间产生的餐后垃圾进行压缩处理,以减少餐后垃圾存放所占用的存储体积。前期通过摸底压缩试验掌握了餐后垃圾(金属罐)的压缩特性,获得了压缩率与压缩力之间的关系。针对该垃圾压缩特性制定了压缩装置的压缩力载指标,设计了手动式垃圾压缩装置方案,并进一步设计原理样机。试验结果表明,基于金属罐材料特性所提出的垃圾压缩装置设计指标合理,其原理样机能够满足功能需求。
In order to meet the requirement of trash storage in the mission of our long-term manned space flight,the meal trash produced by astronauts during the flight on orbit need to be compressed to reduce storage volume. The compress character of the meal trash (metal can)is studied by the compress experiments and the relationship of compression ratio and compressive force is got. The compressive force of this device is put forward based on the compression character. Furthermore,a manual compactor device scheme is put forward,aud the prototype is designed. The experiment result shows,the design target suggested by metal can compression character is reasonable, and the prototype can satisfy main function.
