防护设备生产厂家取得较好的经济效益和社会效益,随着市场的进一步开放,竞争更加激烈。在防护设备生产过程中,配件类型较多,大量采用焊接技术,引入焊接机器人,自主研发焊接平台、铰页、闭锁工装夹具,建立焊接柔性生产线,编制机器人焊接流程及规范,实现小批量配件的生产,经过长期实践,焊接质量可靠,生产效率提高,进一步降低人工成本,是对防护设备厂制造装备升级有意义的探索。
Although protective equipment manufacturers obtain better economic and social benefits, with the further opening of the market, the competition will be even more fierce. In the process of protective equipment production, due to types of accessories more, we have to largely adopt welding technology, introduces welding robot, Independent research and development welding platform, hinge page, locking fixture, estabhsh welding flexible production fine, draw up robot welding procedures and specifications, and achieve the production of small quantities of accessories. After long-term practice, we make welding quality rehable, the production efficiency increased and labor costs reduced. It is a meaningful exploration of the equipment upgrade of the protective equipment factory.
