摘要
简要阐述了RV减速器回差的影响因素,建立了基于概率统计方法的RV减速器回差计算模型。通过敏感性分析方法,找出了对减速器回差影响较大的误差因素。应用Matlab软件编制了RV减速器回差分析软件,利用该软件结合敏感性分析可以实现RV减速器各零件公差的快速分配,可以有效提高设计效率。
The influence factor of the backlash of RV reducer is described in brief. The calculation model of the backlash of RV reducer is established based on the probabilitistic method. Through the sensitivity analysis method,the major factors that affect the backlash of RV reducer are found. The analysis software is programmed based on Matlab, combined with sensitivity analysis ,it can be used to allot the tolerances of the parts quickly and improve the design efficiency.
