摘要
论文简要介绍了超声波塑料焊接的原理和热量产生过程,重点介绍了焊接结构设计的基本原则和常见焊线结构。通过一个具体的生产案例,阐述了对于以尼龙料为主的连接器产品,合理的焊线结构对焊接工艺稳定和焊接溢料质量的重要性。
This paper briefly introduces the principle of ultrasonic plastic welding,basic design principle of welding line structure,and some common welding line structures. Through an actual production case,this paper illustrate the importance of a reasonable welding line structure ,which influences the welding process stability and the welding appearance quality, especially for the connector made by Nylon material.
