摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA模拟了钎焊蜂窝铝板的平压过程,获得了不同位移载荷下蜂窝铝板的变形情况和蜂窝芯的应力分布规律,研究了蜂窝芯边长和厚度对钎焊蜂窝铝板的破坏载荷的影响。结果表明:在整个平压过程中,应力最大处出现在蜂窝芯壁板交棱处,蜂窝芯厚度与边长对钎焊蜂窝铝板的破坏载荷有较大的影响。
Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA,the flat pressure process of the brazing cell aluminum plate was simulated,the deformation of honeycomb aluminum plate under different displacement loads and the stress distribution of honeycomb core were obtained,the effect of the length and thickness on the damage load of the brazing cell aluminum plate was studied. The results show that the maximum stress in the whole flattening process is in the honeycomb core,the thickness and length of the honeycomb core have a large effect on the damage load of the soldering honeycomb aluminum plate.
