云数据环境下自助查询打印病案模式的探讨

云数据技术的发展为患者随时随地获取自身的病案资料提供了可能性,如何将云技术运用到病案管理是值得探讨的问题。本研究从病案资料数据化的现状、可提供选择的云数据技术、法律保障以及安全防护方面对病案提供从传统模式向自助查询打印模式转变进行可行性分析。自助查询打印病案模式通过预先审核申请人信息,签署授权委托书实现病案资料的自助查询、调取、打印功能。患者不受地域和时间的限制,快速获得病案资料,不但有利于延续患者的诊疗过程,还节约了医院的人力成本,减少病案资料的损耗。

The development of cloud data technology provides the possibility for patients to obtain their medical records at anytime and anywhere. It is worth investigating use this technology in the management of Medical Record.This investigation is about the practicality of turning the traditional mode into self-service mode in the aspect of Medical Record Datamation and technology of cloud data and the laws and the security. This new mode will firstly verifying the applicant information, after which can finish self service functions, such as query, transfer,printing. Patients can get the medical records quickly and not subject to geographical limits and temporal limits.It＇s not only good for continuation of patient＇s treatment but also reduce the costs of human resource and the wastage of medical records.
