某中医院10年住院死亡情况统计分析

Statistical Analysis of Death in a Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for 10 Years

目的分析患者死亡疾病的构成及特征,了解医院的死因顺位。方法以2007年-2016年死亡病例病案首页相关数据为研究对象,采用国际疾病分类标准ICD-10,利用Excel2003、PEMS3.0和SPSS13.0进行数据整理、汇总、分析。结果近年来出院病人的病死率呈下降趋势,男性的病死率明显高于女性(男性:1.36%,女性:0.57%χ~2=264.8061,P<0.001),60岁及以上死亡例数为1049例,死亡构成比为76.96%,前3位死亡疾病为循环系统疾病、肿瘤和呼吸系统疾病,占死亡总数的74.17%。结论加强宣传教育和对前三位重点疾病的防治,降低病死率,提高居民生命质量。

Objective To analyze the constitution and characteristics of the patient＇s death and to understand the cause of death of the hospital. Methods Based on the data of the first home page of the death case report from 2007 to 2016, the international classification standard icd-10 was adopted, and the data was collected, summarized and analyzed using excel and PEMS. Results In recent years, the mortality rate of discharged patients decreased, and the mortality of men was significantly higher than that of women（male： 1.36%, female： 0.57%,χ~2=264.8061, P〈0.001）. The number of deaths aged 60 and over was 1049, death constitute 76.96%. The top three causes of death were circulatory diseases, neoplasms and respiratory diseases, accounting for 74.17% of all deaths. Conclusion We will strengthen the prevention and control of education and the first three key diseases, reduce mortality and improve the quality of life of residents.
