摘要
准确掌握风电出力特性是保证其安全并网及主动参与电网调度的有效手段之一。文章在综合考虑并网风电场出力特性的具体技术要求基础上,提出了包括风电场出力限制能力、风电场出力变化率控制能力、风电场出力预测能力及风电场源荷跟随能力在内的风电主动参与电网调度的多指标评估集合;进一步结合侧重定性分析的情景分析法与定量分析的熵权法,提出了基于最小二乘准则的多指标混合权值赋值方法,建立了风电主动参与电网调度的多指标评估模型。以新疆某区域电网若干个风电场及其历史运行数据为实例,分析并验证了所提出的风电主动参与电网调度评估方法的正确性。
Analyzing the wind power output characteristics is one of the effective means to ensure its safe grid connection and actively participate in dispatching. Therefore, based on the specific technology requirements of wind farm output characteristics, a multi-index evaluation set of wind farm actively participating in dispatching capability including wind farm output power limitation capability, wind farm output power changing rate control capability, wind farm output power forecasting capability, and wind farm source-load following capability is proposed. Furthermore,combining scenario analysis method focuses on qualitative analysis with entropy weight method focuses on quantitative analysis, a multi-index hybrid weight evaluation method based on least squares criterion is proposed, a multi-index evaluation model of wind farm actively participating in dispatching is established. Finally, taking a number of wind farm and their historical operation data in a regional power grid in Xinjiang as an example, validity and feasibility of the wind farm actively participating in dispatching evaluation method are verified.
