加强青年教师教学基本功探究——以经络腧穴学课程为例

The Discussion on Strengthening the Basic Skills of Young Teachers——Taking the Course "The Science of Meridian and the Acupoints" as an Example

课程改革的深入推进对青年教师教学基本功提出了更高要求,青年教师更需要结合本专业的特点加强基本功学习,现代先进科技逐步应用到教育教学中来,教学形势和对象的改变,青年教师的教学基本功受到了前所未有的考验,在当今科技网络发达的社会环境下,青年教师的基本功应体现出传统教学方法的优势与特色。本文以经络腧穴学课程讲授为例,从青年教师的思想意识、课前准备、课堂教学实施及课后总结四个方面,探讨作为青年教师的我们应该如何提高自身教学基本功。

The deepening of curriculum reform puts forward higher requirements on young teachers, and it requires the young teachers to learn more to strengthen the basic skills. Modern advanced science and technology gradually applied to the teaching of the education, with the change of teaching situation, the young teachers have received the unprecedented tests, and so the young teachers should embody the advantages and characteristics of the traditional teaching methods in the teaching skills. Taking the ＂ the science of meridian and the acupoints＂ as an example, this essay discussed from the following 4 aspects： the ideology of the young teachers,preparation before class, the classroom teaching implementation and summarizing after class. This essay discussed how the young teachers should improve their basic teaching skills.
