摘要 目的探究客观结构化考试(OSCE)在西医院校中医学专业临床技能考试中的应用。方法从OSCE的前期准备工作、OSCE的实施、OSCE的优势及存在的问题、应对措施及展望等方面加以研究。结果大多数学生能顺利通过考试。结论 OSCE能够客观、公正、全面地考核学生临床技能,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE) in clinical skills examination of traditional Chinese medicine undergraduate students in Western medical university. Methods Research was carried out from the earlier period preparatory work, the implementation, the superiority and the existence question, response measures and so on. Results Most students can pass the exam successfully. Conclusion OSCE can assess the students' clinical skills objectively, fairly and comprehensively. It is worth popularizing and applying.
