中医规培医生急诊带教难点及心得

The Difficulty and Experience in Emergency Teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners

根据实际临床带教经验,分析了急诊带教中医规培医生存在的困难,从中医规培医生自身原因、急诊科医生因素、学科本身特殊性三方面总结了带教难点,并针对相关难点提出了一些带教心得,期望通过不断地总结、改进,提高中医规培医生的带教水平。

Based on the experience of clinical teaching, this paper analyzed the difficulties of practitioners in the emergency department, and summarized the difficult problems of the doctors from the aspects of TCM physician ＇s own reasons, the emergency department doctors＇ factors and the particularity of the discipline itself. In view of the relevant difficulties, this paper put forward some teaching experience, expected to continue to sum up, and improved the level of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners.
