摘要
慢性皮肤病指原因不明、病机不明确、病程长、西医疗效差的一类皮肤病。本文从玄府腠理论治慢性皮肤病,疗效确切。首先阐述玄府腠理学说的溯源,第二论述玄府腠理的特性及功用,第三进一步阐述玄府腠理瘀闭的治则和指导用药,第四表明了玄府腠理理论对临床遣药组方的指导,希望成为中医治疗疑难病的切入点,为提高临床疗效提供全新的理论基础。
The cause of chronic skin disease is unknown, the disease machine is not clear, and the course is long. Western medicine treats chronic skin disease has bad curative effect. From xuanfu couli theory, the treatment of chronic skin disease was discussed.This paper first expounded the xuanfu couli theory. Secondly, it discussed the features and functions of xuanfu couli. Thirdly, the article elaborated on the treatment and guidance. The fourth indicated the guidance of xuanfu couli theory on clinical drug delivery. It is hoped to be the entry point of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of difficult diseases and provide a new theoretical basis for improving clinical curative effect.
