安神中药的临床应用举隅

安神中药具有安神定志的作用,包括重镇安神药和滋养安神药,临床上常用于治疗睡眠障碍、心悸怔忡及神志异常等病症。以辨证论治为依据,适当配伍使用,可用于多种病症的治疗。结合临床案例,包括汗证(阴虚火旺、营卫失和)、带状疱疹后遗神经痛(肝郁血虚)、过敏性皮炎(血热风燥)、腓肠肌痉挛(肝肾不足)验案4则,证实其同时具有止汗、止痛、止痒、解痉等作用,体现了中医在辨证论治基础上的"异症同治"思想。
