中药治疗慢性肾小管间质性肾炎验案一则

The Chinese Herbal Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Tubulointerstitial Nephritis for One Case

慢性肾小管间质性肾炎,主要病因为药物损害和慢性感染,病理特点为间质纤维化和肾小管萎缩。临床症状表现为尿蛋白增高,中后期累及肾小球病变,致滤过功能下降。停用致敏药物,进行抗感染是治疗的第一步。2016年,我科采用中药辨证论治慢性肾小管间质性肾炎1例,现就诊疗实践,介绍如下,方略之间,共参是异。

Chronic tubulointerstitial nephritis is mainly caused by drug damage and chronic infection, and its pathological features are interstitial fibrosis and tubular atrophy. The clinical symptoms include elevated proteinuria, glomerular diseases in the middle and late stages, and decrease filtration function. The first step is to stop using sensitizing drugs and start anti-infection treatment. In 2016,our department treated 1 case of chronic tubulointerstitial nephritis with traditional Chinese medicine based on syndrome differentiation, and introduced clinical practice as follows.
