风湿汤内服治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效及对IL-1、IL-6表达水平的影响

The Curative Effect of Fengshi Decoction on the Knee Osteoarthritis and the Expression Level of IL-1 and IL-6

目的探究膝关节骨性关节炎患者使用风湿汤内服治疗的临床效果。方法研究对象为2015年6月—2016年6月收入的90例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,用随机数字表分组法分成观察组与对照组,45例采用风湿汤内服治疗并作为观察组,另45例采用西药治疗并作为对照组。比较2组患者实施不同治疗方法对血清中白介素1(IL-1)、血清中白介素6(IL-6)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、膝关节功能评分(WOMAC)的影响。结果治疗前2组患者在IL-1、IL-6指标上组间数据无明显差异(t=0.829、0.063,P>0.05),治疗后观察组显著比对照组低(t=4.208、7.681,P<0.05);在VAS评分上,治疗前组间数据无明显差异(χ~2=1.157,P<0.05),治疗后观察组显著比对照组低(χ~2=-9.477,P<0.05);在WOMAC评分上,治疗前组间数据无明显差异(χ~2=-0.077,P<0.05),治疗后观察组显著比对照组低(χ~2=-38.413,P<0.05)。结论膝关节骨性关节炎患者使用风湿汤治疗,不仅能显著改善IL-6、IL-8指标,还能降低WOMAC及VAS评分,此方法值得应用与推广。

Objective To explore the curative effect of self-made Fengshi decoction on the knee osteoarthritis. Methods 90 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. 45 cases in the observation group were given self-made Fengshi decoction. 45 cases in the control group were given Western medicine.The effects of different treatments of two groups on the IL-1, IL-6, VAS, and WOMAC score were compared. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences on IL-1 and IL-6 indicators between both groups, with t =0.829, 0.063, and P〈0.05.After treatment, IL-1 and IL-6 indicators of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with t=4.208,7.681, and P〈0.05. As for VAS score, there was no significant difference between both group before treatment, with χ^2=1.157 and P〈0.05. After treatment, VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with χ^2=-9.477 and P〈0.05. As for WOMAC score, there was no significant difference between both groups before treatment, with χ^2=-0.077 and P〈0.05.After treatment, WOMAC score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with χ^2=-38.413 and P〈0.05. Conclusion The Fengshi decoction can significantly improve the IL-6 and IL-8 indicators, reduce WOMAC and VAS scores of patients with knee osteoarthritis, which is worthy of further application and promotion.
