温肾清心汤治疗小儿遗尿68例

Wenshen Qingxin Decoction in the Treatment of Pediatric Enuresis for 68 Cases

目的观察自拟温肾清心汤治疗小儿遗尿的临床疗效。方法 68例小儿遗尿患儿均给予温肾清心汤治疗,1月为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察疗效。结果 68例患儿中痊愈48例,有效14例,无效4例,总有效率为91.2%。结论温肾清心汤加减治疗小儿遗尿疗效满意。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-made Wenshen Qingxin decoction in the treatment of pediatric enuresis.Methods 68 cases of pediatric enuresis of children were given Wenshen Qingxin decoction. One month was a course of treatment.The curative effect was analyzed after one coures. Results In the 68 cases of children, 48 cases were cured, 14 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 91.2 %. Conclusion The curative effect of Wenshen Qingxin decoction in the treatment of pediatric enuresis has satisfied effect.
