胆胀中医护理方案在腹腔镜胆囊切除患者的应用效果

The Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Program for Gallbladder Distention in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的研究参照胆胀中医护理理论对腹腔镜胆囊切除(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)患者予以随症采集护理技术的临床效果。方法将2015年8月—2017年2月于我院接受LC手术的92例患者随机分为常规组(采取传统LC护理)和中医组(参照胆胀中医护理理论,运用随症采集护理),每组46例,对比2组患者康复效果。结果常规组和中医组的手术成功率分别为95.65%及97.83%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术后中医组的术后不良反应率、术后下床时间及肛门排气时间均低于常规组水平,且中医组有相对更高的护理满意度水平,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对LC患者予以护理干预时,参照胆胀中医护理理论,采取随症采集法予以护理,不仅可确保手术疗效,还能帮助患者缩短术后康复时间,降低不良反应发生风险。

Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine theory of gallbladder distention（nursing technique with symptom collection） on the treatment of LC patient. Methods 92 patients undergoing LC surgery in our hospital from August 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into routine group and traditional Chinese medicine group, with 46 cases in each group. The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared. Results The successful rate of routine group and traditional Chinese medicine group was 95.65% and 97.83%, There was no statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction rate, bed time and exhaust time in the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those of the routine group. The traditional Chinese medicine group had higher level of nursing satisfaction. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the nursing intervention of LC patients, according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine nursing of gallbladder distension, the method of collecting with the disease can not only ensure the curative effect of the operation, but also help the patients to shorten the time of postoperative rehabilitation. Reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
