摘要
目的探究信息化管理在优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法抽取我院相关科室工作人员工作管理情况为研究对象,有10名护理人员和40例患者。将2016年1月—2016年7月相关科室工作情况作为参照组,将2016年8月—2017年1月相关科室工作情况作为研究组,参照组实施常规管理,研究组实施信息化管理,对比2组科室管理的患者满意度及护理工作质量情况。结果研究组科室工作管理的患者满意度及护理工作质量情况,与参照组科室工作管理情况相比,存在显著的差异(P<0.05)。结论在开展优质服务的过程中实施信息化管理,患者的满意度得到有效提高,护理人员的护理质量情况得到极大的改善,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To explore the application effect of information management in high quality nursing service. Methods A total of 10 nurses and 40 patients were selected as the research objects. From January 2016 to July 2016, relevant departments work was selected as the reference group, From August 2016 to January 2017, the relevant departments work was selected as the study group.The control group applied routine patient. The study group applied information management. The satisfaction and nursing work were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction and nursing work between the two groups had significant difference( P〈0.05). Conclusion In the process of carrying out the quality service, the information management is implemented, the patient 's satisfaction is effectively improved, the nursing quality of the nursing staff is greatly improved, and it is worthy of clinical reference.
