The Application of Exosomes in the Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome

外泌体是一类广泛存在的活性胞外囊泡,能反映出分泌细胞的生理功能,对外泌体的研究不仅能在微观上进一步了解细胞的生理和病理改变,还在宏观上对相应疾病的诊断治疗具有重要意义。本文通过探讨外泌体运用于在中医证候现代研究的思路,分析了外泌体与证候研究结合的方式与可能出现的问题,并对其进行了展望。

The exosomes is a class of active extracellular vesicles that reflect the physiological functions of secretory cells. The study on exosomes can not only understand the physiological and pathological changes of cells, but also have significant importance on the diagnosis and treatment of disease macroscopically. This paper discussed the modern research ideas of exosomes and syndrome,analyzed the study of syndrome combines with exosomes and the possible problems, and a prospect was given.
