摘要 目的探讨PBL教学法在医学类本科班中妇科学习的实践。方法观察组采用PBL教学法,对照组采用传统的教学方法。2组期末考试采取统一命题、考试、阅卷的方法,分别对总成绩、客观成绩、主观成绩作出比较评估。结果观察组和对照组的理论成绩无显著性差异(P>0.05),但总成绩和主观成绩有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法是切实可行的教学方法,值得在医学教学实践中深入推广。 Objective To explore the the learning practice of PBL teaching method in medical undergraduate class traditional chinese medicine gynaecology. Methods The PBL method was used in the observation group, and the traditional teaching method was adopted in the control group. The final examinations of the two groups took the unified proposition and examination. The total scores, objective results and subjective scores was compared respectively. Results There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group( P 0.05), but there was a significant difference between the total score and the subjective score( P 0.05). Conclusion PBL teaching method is a feasible teaching method and deserves to be popularized in medical teaching practice.
