疏肝解郁汤治疗冠心病合并抑郁症的临床研究

Clinical Study on Shugan Jieyu Decoction in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Depression

目的探究疏肝解郁汤治疗冠心病合并抑郁症的临床效果。方法将86例接受治疗的冠心病合并抑郁症患者随机分为2组,各43例;对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予疏肝解郁汤治疗。结果观察组各项指标改善效果均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心病合并抑郁症患者应用疏肝解郁汤治疗效果显著。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Shugan Jieyu decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with depression. Methods 86 cases of coronary heart disease complicated with depression patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with Shugan Jieyu decoction. Results The improvement effect of each index in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（ P 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Shugan Jieyu decoction in treating coronary heart disease complicated with depression is remarkable
