喘证中医护理方案对老年慢性阻塞性肺的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Asthma in Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨喘证中医护理方案应用于老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的临床效果。方法将我院2015年5月—2017年4月收治的94例CO PD患者随机分为对照组(予以基础护理)和研究组(予以喘证中医护理方案)各47例,观察并对比2组患者的护理效果。结果干预前2组患者的FEV1和FEV1/FVC水平、CAT评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后研究组的FEV1和FEV1/FVC水平分别为(1.97±0.13)L、(70.43±5.32)%,均高于对照组(P<0.05);且研究组的CAT评分较对照组更低,护理满意度较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论对COPD患者采用喘病中医护理方案,能有效改善患者肺功能指标,构建良好护患关系,效果确切。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on asthma in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）. Methods 94 elderly patients with COPD in our hospital from May 2015 to April 2017 were randomly divided into the control group of 47 cases received basic nursing and the research group of 47 cases received TCM nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the levels of FEV1 and FEV1/FVC, CAT score before intervention（ P 0.05）. After intervention, the levels of FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the research group were（ 1.97 ±0.13） L and（ 70.43 ±5.32） %, which were higher than those of the control group respectively（ P 0.05）. The CAT score of the research group was lower than that the control group, and the nursing satisfaction score of the research group was higher than that of the control group（ P0.05）. Conclusion The TCM nursing on asthma in elderly patients with COPD can improve lung function index, it is effective to build a good nurse-patient relationship. The curative effect is accurate.
