Chemical cleaning of the compound organic acid for a power plant of the fouth boiler proper

介绍羟基乙酸—甲酸复合有机酸清洗工艺在某电厂4号超临界直流锅炉本体化学清洗过程中的应用,详细介绍化学清洗工艺、清洗范围及系统、清洗过程及控制。羟基乙酸腐蚀性低,不含氯离子,不会产生有机酸铁的沉淀,清洗取得了较好的成果,为超临界直流锅炉化学清洗提供了参考。

This paper introduced a hydroxyceetic acid-formic acid compound organic acid cleaning technique and applied it in the chemical cleaning process of supercritical once-through boiler in a power plant. The chemical cleaning technique,cleaning region and system and cleaning process were briefly discussed. The low corrosion,chloride ions free and iron organic acid precipitation avoiding of hydroxy acetic acid endorsed a preferable result in the cleaning process. The technique reported here offers a critical reference for the chemical cleaning of supercritical once-through boiler.
