摘要
针对某钢铁集团公司干熄焦锅炉水冷壁管内壁5 mm超厚水垢的清洗进行大量研究分析,最终通过合理的先进清洗工艺,将锅炉水冷壁管内壁水垢彻底清洗干净,除垢率达到90%以上,该锅炉运行5年来再也没出现爆管事件。
This paper is about this situation that we had large amout of labotory test based on a water screen tube which has 5 mm thick extra heavy scale which belongs to one steel corp＇s CDQ boiler,by using doable and advanced cleaning method,we finally clean up the boiler＇s water screen tube,and the descaling rate over 90%. This boiler never had a single tube-burst situation for five years running.
