提升中医药院校研究生综合实践能力的研究

Research on Improving the Comprehensive Practical Ability of Graduate Students in University of Chinese Medicin

中医研究生教育是培养中医学高等人才的主要来源,而目前许多已经毕业或即将毕业的研究生中医临床能力欠佳。面对这种情况,课题组对目前中医临床学位研究生培养现状进行调查分析,针对中医研究生综合实践能力培养中存在的问题,提出改善教育状况、教学模式、提高中医素质以及临床能力等建议,以期培养出高素质的中医继承人。

TCM graduate education is the main source of cultivating medical talents in the motherland, and many of the graduates who have graduated or are about to graduate are still poor in clinical practice. In the face of this situation, the current status of TCM clinical graduate students was investigated and analyzed by the research group. For the comprehensive practice of Chinese medicine graduate students in the development of the existing problems, we put forward to improve the education status, teaching mode, clinical capacity and other recommendations to cultivate high-quality traditional Chinese medicine heirs.
