摘要 目的探讨RBL教学法在针灸临床课中的教学效果。方法以针灸推拿专业学生为研究对象,围绕RBL教学法在针灸临床课中的教学实践进行研究,对照组学生采用传统单一的LBL教学法,试验组学生采用LBL与RBL教学法相结合的多元化教学模式,通过期末考核和问卷调查结果进行统计分析。结果与对照组比较,试验组学生对学习有更高的积极性和主动性,对知识有更深的理解和掌握,对临床操作技能有更好的掌握,能明显增强学生发现问题和解决问题的能力。结论R BL教学法有助于学生对理论知识的掌握和理解,加强学生的实践动手能力,培养学生的临床思维能力,同时培养学生团结协作的精神和责任感。 Objective To explore the teaching effect o f RBL method in clinical course of acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods With acupuncture and moxibustion students as the research objects, researches on the teaching practice of RBL method in clinical course of acupuncture were carried out. Students in the control group used LBL method, and students in the experimental group used LBL and RBL method. Results were analyzed through final examination and questionnaire survey. Results Comparing with the control group, students in experimental group have higher enthusiasm and initiative of learning, deeper understanding and mastering of the knowledge, better grasp of clinical skills, and can significantly enhance the ability of finding and solving problems. Conclusion RBL method is helpful for students to master and understand the theoretical knowledge, strengthen students’ practical ability, cultivate students’ clinical thinking ability, the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of students.
