档案编研工作促进医院文化建设的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Archives Compilation and Research for Promoting Hospital Culture Construction

档案编研工作在为医院文化建设提供依据和生动真实教材的同时,自身也成为医院文化建设的一种精神成果。档案编研作品在展示医院发展成果的同时,可促进医院历史文化传承,并成为职工文化教育的生动教材。笔者从医院开展编研工作的实践入手,探讨了档案编研工作对医院文化建设的意义和影响,并从提高人员素质、拓宽编研领域、增强编研针对性、拓展编研成果推广途径等方面对改进档案编研工作提出了思考。

The work of compiling archives provides the basis for hospital cultural construction and vivid and authentic teaching materials. It has become a spiritual outcome of hospital culture construction. While compiling the results of hospital development,archives compilation and research work can promote the inheritance of hospital history and culture and become a vivid teaching material for workers’ cultural education. From the hospital to carry out the research work of editing practice, the author discussed the significance and impact of the archives compilation work of hospital culture construction, and from improving the quality of personnel and broaden the compilation field, enhanced compilation pertinence, development achievement promotion ways to improve the archives compilation work put forward thinking.
