小儿肺咳颗粒治疗婴幼儿急性支气管炎98例 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察小儿肺咳颗粒治疗婴幼儿急性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将我院2017年4月—2017年9月收治的符合病例纳入标准的193例急性支气管炎患儿按随机数字法分为观察组98例和对照组95例,对照组口服氨溴索口服液治疗,观察组口服小儿肺咳颗粒治疗,其余对因对症支持治疗相同。比较2组咳嗽、咳痰及肺部啰音消失时间和5 d显效率。结果观察组精神食欲明显改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05),咳嗽、咳痰消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05),肺部啰音消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01),5 d显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),差异均有统计学意义,观察组各项主要疗效指标均优于对照组。结论小儿肺咳颗粒治疗婴幼儿急性支气管炎辨证得法,标本兼治,疗效显著,适于中医各证急性支气管炎,值得临床上进一步推广。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoer Feike granules in the treatment of infantile acute bronchitis. Methods193 cases of patients with infantile acute bronchitis met the inclusion criteria in our hospital from April 2017 to September 2017 were divided into observation group of 98 cases and control group of 95 cases. The control group was given oral ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution. The observation group was given oral Xiaoer Feike granules. The symptomatic treatment for the rest was the same. The time of cough, expectoration and pulmonary rale disappearance time and the effective rate within 5 days was compared between the two groups. Results The obvious improvement time of the mental appetite in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group( P 〈 0.05). The cough disappeared time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group( P 〈0.05). The pulmonary rale disappearance time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group( P 〈0.01).The effective rate within 5 days in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P〈0.01), and the difference there was statistically significant. The main indicators of efficacy in the observation group were better than those in the control group. Conclusion Xiaoer Feike granules in the treatment of infantile acute bronchitis has significant effect, is suitable for various TCM syndromes of acute bronchitis, which is worthy of further promotion.
