甘草泻心汤治疗肿瘤化疗后消化道反应的临床观察

The Clinical Observation on Gancao Xiexin Decoction in Treating Digestive Tract after Chemotherapy

目的探究甘草泻心汤治疗肿瘤化疗后消化道反应的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年8月—2016年8月收治的100例非消化道肿瘤化疗后发生消化道反应患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为试验组与对照组,对照组给予常规西医治疗消化道反应,试验组给予甘草泻心汤治疗消化道反应,对比观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率为98.00%,显著优于对照组患者的88.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者药物不良反应发生率显著低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化道反应是化疗后最为常见的不良反应类型,应用甘草泻心汤能够达到较为良好的治疗效果,且不会产生药物不良反应,具有较高应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Gancao Xiexin decoction in treating digestive tract after chemotherapy.Methods From August 2014 to August 2014, 100 cases of digestive tract tumor after chemotherapy patients with digestive tract reaction were selected as the research objects. All of the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment of digestive tract reaction, and the experimental group was given with Gancao Xiexin decoction. The therapeutic effect of two groups of patients as compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 98.00%, which was significantly better than 88.00% of the control group, and the difference statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The gastrointestinal reaction is the most common type of adverse reaction after chemotherapy, and application of Gancao Xiexin decoction can achieve relatively good curative effect, would not produce adverse drug reactions, and has higher application value.
