冉青珍主任医师运用归脾汤治疗产后恶露不绝经验

Experience of Chief Physician Ran Qingzhen in Treating Postpartum Lochia with Guipi Decoction

产后恶露不绝是指产后血性恶露持续10天以上者,是妇产科常见病之一。冉主任从事中医妇科临床近20年,临床经验丰富,对治疗产后恶露不绝有其独到的见解。冉主任通过临床观察,认为产后恶露不绝不独以"瘀"为主,"虚损"者亦不少见,运用归脾汤治疗屡获良效。笔者有幸跟师门诊,现将冉主任运用归脾汤治疗产后恶露不绝的临床经验进行总结,并附医案予以验证。

Postpartum lochia means bloody lochia lasting for more than ten days after delivery, is one of common diseases of obstetrics and gynecology. Chief physician Ran deals with Chinese medicine gynecology diseases more than 20 years, and she has rich clinical experience and especially has unique insights in treating postpartum lochia. She thinks that syndrome of it is not only ＂stasis＂ but also ＂ deficiency＂ by the clinical observation, and it made a good therapeutic effect by treating it with Guipi decoction.The authors had the privilege of outpatient service with teacher, summarized the experience of chief physician Ran in treating postpartum lochia with Guipi decoction, and attached a case to prove it.
