高继宁教授经方治疗慢性肾衰经验总结

Experience Summary of Professor Gao Jining in Treating Chronic Renal Failure by Using Classical Prescriptions

慢性肾衰竭是临床常见肾脏疾病之一,其病情复杂多变,病程缠绵不愈。中国古代文献中并未对其有明确记载,根据临床表现可归属于"肾劳""关格""癃闭""溺毒"等范畴。慢性肾衰竭早中期以脾肾气虚型最为常见。本文从理论依据、临床疗效角度,通过对高继宁教授临证过程中治疗慢性肾衰的临床病例的收集整理,对其运用薯蓣汤、桃核承气汤合方加减治疗慢肾衰早中期(脾肾气虚型)的学术思想和临床经验进行阐述,为治疗该病提供了新的思路。

Chronic renal failure is one of clinical common kidney diseases. The disease with a complicate and long duration doesn ’t have a clear record in ancient Chinese literature. According to the clinical symptoms, it can be attributed to ＂ kidney pains＂, ＂obstruction and rejection＂, ＂ retention of urine＂ and ＂ drowned poison＂ and so on. The most common type of chronic renal failure in the early and middle period is spleen and kidney deficiency type. This article is the academicals therapy and clinical experience summary of Professor Gao Jining in treating chronic renal failure from aspects of theoretical basis and clinical effect by combining Shuyu decoction and Taohe Chengqi decoction in the early and middle of chronic renal failure（spleen and kidney deficiency type）, in order to offer a new thought for the disease’s treatment.
