甘草泻心汤治疗化疗后口腔溃疡的应用

口腔溃疡是临床常见的口腔黏膜病,不同性别、年龄阶段、种族、地域的人都有可能患病,肿瘤患者化疗后,由于化疗药物的伤害,更容易产生口腔溃疡,并且具有反复性,相当于西医的复发性口腔溃疡。但目前复发性口腔溃疡的发病机制尚不明确,西医也没有根治复发性口腔溃疡的特效治疗方法及药物,而临床上中医药之甘草泻心汤对于治疗化疗后病人的复发性口腔溃疡尚有一定疗效,为了更好地指导临床合理用药,现将甘草泻心汤治疗化疗后口腔溃疡的临床应用进行介绍。
