摘要
目的建立一种快速筛查抗痛风类中成药非法添加6种化学药品的HPLC法。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱(Anglient ZORBAXSB-C18,5μm,4.6 mm×150 mm);乙腈-0.02 mol/L醋酸铵溶液(磷酸调PH至3.6)(45∶55)为流动相;流速1.0 m L/min;柱温35℃,检测波长263 nm。结果 6种化学成分之间分离良好,在其线性范围内线性关系良好r>0.99999,平均回收率为97.20%~102.37%。结论该HPLC法操作简便。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for rapidly screening six chemicals added illegally in anti-gout herb preparations.Methods he gradient elution was performed on C18 column(Anglient ZORBAXSB-C18, 5μm, 4.6 mmx150 mm) with the detective wave long that 263 nm. The mixed solution of acetonitrile-0.02 mol/Lacetate solution(PHto3.6)(45:55) was used as mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 m L/min. And the column temperature was mainly tainted at 35℃. Results The six chemicals separation between the composition is good, in the linear range inside have good r 〉0.99999, the average recovery was 97.2%-102.37%.Conclusion This method is simple and convenient, and is suitable for simultaneous rapid determination of 6 kinds of illegally added in anti-gout herb preparation.
