针刺结合奥替溴铵片治疗便秘型肠易激综合征30例

Acupuncture Combined with Otilonium Bromide Tablet in the Treatment of Constipation Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome for 30 Cases

目的观察针刺结合奥替溴铵治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法将60例便秘型肠易激综合征,随机分为2组,对照组给予奥替溴铵口服,治疗组给予针刺联合奥替溴铵片治疗。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),2组每周排便天数与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组每周排便天数低于对照组(P<0.05),有显著性差异。结论针刺结合奥替溴铵治疗便秘型肠易激综合征具有良好的疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of acu puncture combined with otilonium bromide on constipation predominant irritable bowel syndrome. Methods Sixty cases of predominant irritable bowel syndrome patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given otilonium bromide, while the treatment group was given acupuncture combined with otilonium bromide. Results There was statistical significance in stool frequency of a week between before and after treatment in the two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the stool frequency of a week of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group, and there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with otilonium bromide have good clinical effects on constipation predominant irritable bowel syndrome.
