HIF-1α在子宫内膜异位症发病中的作用及中医药研究进展

The Role of Hypoxia Inducible the Factor-1α in the Pathogenesis of Endometriosis and the Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine

子宫内膜异位症是一种常见的妇科疾病,严重影响患者的生活质量。目前,内异症被认为是一种雌激素依赖性疾病,同时与盆腔慢性感染有关,但确切病因仍然不清。现有研究认为缺氧在内异症的发生发展中起到了重要的作用。本文主要从缺氧对子宫内膜细胞增殖、凋亡、迁移、侵袭、血管生成、炎症维持及雌激素受体表达等方面的影响进行概述,并总结近年中药以HIF-1α为靶点治疗内异症的新进展,为进一步研究提供参考。

Endometriosis is one of the most common gynecological diseases that significantly reduce the life quality of affected women. Research results from the past decade suggested that edometriosis is a hormone-dependent disease and associated with chronic inflammation of pelvic cavity. However, the etiology of endometriosis remains obscure. Recent evidence revealed that hypoxia plays an important role in the establishment and progression of ectopic endometriotic lesions. This paper mainly summarized the effects of hypoxia on the cell proliferation, apoptosis, migration, invasion, angiogenesis, inflammation and estrogen receptor expression of endometrial cells and the progress of tradition Chinese medicine on hypoxia inducible factor-1α as a target for endometriosis treatment. These new findings shed lights on future research.
