中医院校康复治疗学专业人才培养模式的探索

Discussion on Talent Training Mode of Rehabilitation Therapy in University of Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医院校康复治疗学专业人才培养,承担着为社会培养高质量、高水平的康复治疗师使命。中医药院校开设康复治疗学专业,不仅要求学生能够掌握中西医基本理论和基本知识,还能够熟练运用现代康复治疗技术和中医康复方法。本文主要以笔者所在学院为例,从人才培养目标、课程体系、教学计划、师资队伍建设及实践教学方面进行细致分析,以此与同道共同探讨学习和分享。

The talent training of rehabilitation medici ne in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine undertakes the mission of cultivating high quality and high level rehabilitation therapists for the society. Setting up rehabilitation medicine in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine requires not only students to master the basic theories and basic knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, but also skilled use of modern rehabilitation techniques and rehabilitation methods of traditional Chinese medicine. Taking the Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example, this paper made a detailed analysis of the personnel training objectives, curriculum system, teaching plan, teaching staff construction and practical teaching, in order to discuss and share with colleagues.
