摘要
目的建立益母草药材中盐酸水苏碱含量测定的方法。方法采用薄层色谱法测定益母草药材中水苏碱的含量,测定波长为λs=510 nm。结果实验表明该药材的盐酸水苏碱在2.3~16.4μg范围内的浓度与峰面积有良好的线性关系,且r=0.9994,所以用此方法测定益母草药材中的水苏碱简便易行。结论本法结果精确、回收率高、重复性好,并能有效地测定出益母草中的盐酸水苏碱的含量。
Objective To establish a method for determination of the content of stachydrine in Herba leonuri. Methods TLC method was used to determine the content of stachydrine in Herba Leonuri. The wavelength was λs=510 nm. Results The experimental results indicated that there is a good linear relationship between the concentration and peak area of stachydrine hydrochloride in the medicinal materials of 2.3 μg to 16.4 μg, and r = 0.9994, so the stachydrine in Herba Leonuri was simply determined by this method. Conclusion The method is accurate, high recovery and reproducible, and can effectively determine the content of stachydrine in Leonurus japonicus.
