中医综合疗法保守治疗脊髓型颈椎病18例

Traditional Chinese Medicine Comprehensive Therapy in the Conservative Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy for 18 Cases

目的观察中医综合疗法保守治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法对18例患者,采用针刺、电针、热敏灸、推拿及电脑中频等综合疗法保守治疗。结果 18例患者中,痊愈1例,显效7例,好转8例,无效2例,总有效率88.89%(16/18)。结论中医综合疗法保守治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of conservative treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy with TCM comprehensive therapy. Methods 18 patients were treated with acupuncture, electroacupuncture, thermosensitive moxibustion,massage and computer intermediate frequency combined therapy. Results Among 18 cases, 1 case were cured, 7 cases were markedly effective, 8 cases were improved, 2 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 88.89%. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy of in the conservative treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy has definitely clinical curative effect.
