综合中医护理干预治疗产后乳汁分泌不足的研究

Study on Comprehensive Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Postpartum Milk Secretion Insufficiency

目的研究和探讨综合中医护理干预治疗产后乳汁分泌不足的效果。方法收集2016年1月—2017年6月收治的92例分娩后乳汁分泌不足的产妇,并将其随机平均分为观察组和对照组,每组46例,对照组仅进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上介入综合中医护理干预,并对2组患者的护理结果进行分析对比。结果在常规护理的基础上介入综合中医护理干预的观察组的总有效率明显高于仅进行常规护理的对照组总有效率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合中医护理干预对治疗产后乳汁分泌不足有明显的临床疗效,值得在临床上广泛推广使用。

Objective To study and discuss the effect of integrated TCM nursing intervention in the treatment of postpartum milk secretion insufficiency. Methods From January 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital, 92 cases of postpartum milk secretion insufficiency patients were collected and randomly divided into two groups, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received only routine nursing care, and the observation group received comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the basis of the conventional nursing intervention. The nursing results of two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher that of the control group, and there had statistically significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in treating postpartum milk secretion insufficiency has obvious clinical curative effect, and is worth popularizing in widespread clinical use.
