阿立哌唑与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效对比观察

Comparison of the efficacy of aripiprazole and clozapine on schizophrenia patients

目的比较阿立哌唑与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的效果。方法将2013年1月~2017年1月期间在我院治疗的120例精神分裂症患者纳入研究,采取计算机随机数字分组法将患者随机分为A组、B组,每组有患者60例,A组患者采用阿立哌唑治疗,B组患者采用氯氮平治疗,比较两组精神分裂症患者的临床疗效、WHO-DAS Ⅱ评分、PANSS评分、不良反应发生率。结果 A组患者的总有效率为91.67%,B组患者的总有效率为95.00%,两组无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的WHO-DAS Ⅱ评分、PANSS评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),而治疗后A组患者与B组患者的WHO-DAS Ⅱ评分、PANSS评分无明显差异(P>0.05);A组患者的不良反应发生率为5.00%,B组患者的不良反应发生率为16.67%,两组比较,B组患者的不良反应发生率高于A组(P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑和氯氮平均可以有效减轻精神分裂症症状,但阿立哌唑的不良反应相对较少。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of aripiprazole and clozapine on patients with schizophre- nia. Methods 120 cases of schizophrenia patients in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2017 year were select- ed and randomly divided into A group, B group, each group has 60 patients. The patients in A group were treated with aripiprazole, while B group were treated with clozapine. The scores of WHO-DAS and PANSS, the incidence of adverse reactions of patients in two groups were investigated and compared. Results The total effective rate in the A group （91.67 % ） was not difference with that in B group （95 % ）（P〉 0.05 ）; after treatment, WHO-DAS II score, PANSS scores of the patients in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）, and WHO-DAS II score, PANSS score were not difference between group A and group B （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; the adverse reactions of patients in group A （ 5 % ） was lower than that in the B group （ 16.67 % ）（P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Both aripiprazole and clozapine can effectively reduce the symptoms of schizophrenia patient and improve their mental status. And the aripiprazole have relatively less adverse reactions than clozapine.
