脑功能治疗仪辅助治疗老年复发性抑郁症的临床效果

The clinical effect of brain function therapy instrument on old patients with relapse depression

目的探讨脑功能治疗仪辅助治疗老年复发性抑郁症的临床效果。方法将2014年8月~2016年8月在我院接受治疗的60例老年复发性抑郁症患者作为研究对象,随机分为干预组组和对照组,各30例,随机组给予单纯氟西汀药物口服治疗,干预组在对照组治疗基础上给予脑功能治疗仪辅助治疗,对两组患者治疗前后的汉密顿抑郁量表评分(HAMD)、临床治疗总有效率以及不良反应发生情况进行比较。结果干预组与对照组患者治疗前的HAMD评分没有差异(P>0.05),治疗2周、4周、6周,干预组的HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组的总有效率为93.3%,显著高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组不良反应率为6.7%,低于对照组的30.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规药物治疗基础上对老年复发性郁抑症患者给予脑功能治疗仪辅助治疗,可以显著的改善患者的抑郁症状,且不良反应少。

Objectives To explore the clinical effect of brain function therapy instrument on senile patients with relapse depression. Methods Sixty elderly patients with recurrent depressive disorder in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were enrolled and divided into the control group and the study group, each group had 30 patients. The patients in the control group were treated with fluoxetine alone, while the patients in study group were fluoxetine com- bined with brain function therapy instrument, The effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results The HAMD scores of the study group and the control group were not different （ P〉0.05 ） before treatment. The HAMD scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group after 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks of treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . The total effective rate was 93.3 % in the intervention group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The adverse reaction rate was in the study group 6.7 %, which was significantly lower than that （ 30.0 % ） in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion On the basis of conventional drug therapy, the brain function therapy instrument can improve the depressive symptoms on old patients with recurrent depressive disorder, and the adverse reactions were significant lower.
