常规治疗联合综合心理干预对酒精依赖综合征患者负性情绪、复饮率和再住院率的影响

Effects of conventional therapy combined with comprehensive psychological intervention on negative mood,re-drinking rate and re-hospitalization rate in patients with alcohol dependence syndrome

目的研究常规治疗联合综合心理干预对酒精依赖综合征患者负性情绪、复饮率和再住院率的影响。方法选取我院100例酒精依赖综合征患者,观察组行常规治疗,实验组在观察组基础上进行综合心理干预治疗,每组各50例。对比两组治疗前后的心理健康症状自评量表评分结果、复饮率及再住院率情况。结果治疗后实验组焦虑、偏执、抑郁等负面情绪评分均明显低于观察组(P<0.05);实验组复饮率(22.00%)和再住院率(18.00%)均明显低于观察组(46.00%)和(36.00%)(χ~2=11.21、8.43,P<0.05)。结论常规治疗联合综合心理干预可以有效缓解酒精依赖综合征患者的消极情绪,有效减轻复饮率和再住院率。

Objective To study the effects of conventional therapy combined with comprehensive psychological intervention on negative mood, re-drinking rate and re-hospitalization rate in patients with alcohol dependence syndrome. Methods 100 patients with alcohol dependence syndrome were selected in our hospital and divided into the observation group received routine treatment and the experiment group given comprehensive psychological intervention on the basis of the observation group, with 50 cases in each. The Symptom Check-List scores, re-drinking rate and re-hospitalization rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the anxiety, paranoia, depression and other negative mood scores in the experiment group were significantly lower than those in the observation group （ P all〈0.05 ） ; the re-drinking rate （ 22 % ） and re-hospitalization rate （ 18 % ） in the experiment group was significantly lower than in the observation group （46 % ） and （36 % ）（ X 2=11.21, 8.43, P both〈0.05 ） . Conclusion The conventional treatment combined with psychological intervention can effectively relieve the negative emotions in patients with alcohol dependence and reduce the re-drinking rate and re-hospitalization rate.
