摘要
目的探讨高压氧治疗对脑卒中后抑郁患者临床疗效及对患者神经功能的影响。方法96例脑卒中后抑郁患者按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组48例与对照组48例。对照组口服西酞普兰片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合高压氧治疗。两组疗程均为6周。比较两组治疗疗效,治疗前后美国国立卫生院卒中量表(National Institutes of Health Stroke Sc,NIHSS)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton's Depression Scale,HAMD)评分及Barthel指数(Barthel Index,BI)评分变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率(93.75%)高于对照组(75.00%)(P<0.05);两组NIHSS评分治疗后较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且患者治疗后观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组HAMD评分治疗后较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且患者治疗后观察组HAMD评分治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05);两组BI评分治疗后较治疗前增加(P<0.05),且患者治疗后观察组BI评分治疗后高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高压氧治疗对脑卒中后抑郁患者临床疗效显著,且可改善患者神经功能,具有重要研究价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen in thetreatment of patients with post stroke depression and its effects on neurologic function. Methods 96 cases of patients with post stroke depression were collected and randomly divided into the observation group ( n=48 ) and the control group ( n=48 ) according to the random number table. The control group were given Citalopram Tablets, while the observation group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of treatment ofthe control group . Both groups were treated for 6 weeks. The com- parisons of clinical efficacy, the changes of NIHSS scores, HAMD scores and BI score s before and after treatments inboth groups were made. Results The total effective rate in the observation group ( 93.75 % ) wassignificantly higher than that of the control group ( 75.00 % )( P〈0.05 ); After treatment, the NIHSS scores in both groups significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05 ), and the NIHSS scores in observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05 ); After treatments, the HAMD scores in both groupssignificantly decreased compared with before (P 〈 0.05 ), and the HAMD scores in the observation group after treatments were significantly lower than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05 ); The BI scores in both groups after treatments significantly increased compared with before (P 〈 0.05 ), and the BI scorse in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of patients with post stroke depression has a striking clinical effects, andimprove the neurologic function, so iris of great significance.
