小剂量托吡酯联合复方氨基丁酸维E治疗小儿癫痫部分发作的疗效及神经功能保护作用 被引量:7

The effect of Topiramate combined with Compound Amino Acid and Vitamin E capsules on pediatric epilepsy patients with partial seizures and the influences on their neurological function

摘要 目的探讨小剂量托吡酯联合复方氨基丁酸维E治疗小儿癫痫部分性发作(PS)的疗效及其对神经功能的影响。方法将120例PS癫痫患儿随机分为两组:对照组(n=60)采用小剂量托吡酯治疗,观察组(n=60)在对照组基础上使用复方氨基丁酸维E,治疗12周。比较两组临床疗效、脑电图以及治疗前后交感神经皮肤反应(SSR)。结果观察组的总有效率和脑电图缓解率分别为95.00%、85.00%,显著高于对照组的83.33%、71.67%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组SSR潜伏期较对照组明显缩短而波幅明显升高(P<0.05)。结论小剂量托吡酯联合复方氨基丁酸维E治疗PS癫痫患儿可有效控制癫痫发作,改善脑电图并保护神经功能。 Objective To investigate the effect of Topiramate combined with Compound Amino Acid and Vita- min E capsules on pediatric epilepsy patients with partial seizures and the influences on their neurological function (PS) . Methods A total of 120 pediatric epilepsy with PS were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n=60) treated with low-dose Topiramate for 12 weeks, the observation group (n=60) treated with Compound Amino Acid and Vitamin E capsules on the basis of control group for 12 weeks. The clinical efficacy and EEG were compared between the two groups, and the autonomic nerve function was determined by Sympathetic Skin Response ( SSR ) . Results The total effective rate and ECG remission rate in the observation group were 95.00 % and 85.00 % respectively, signifi- cantly higher than 83.33 % and 71.67 % in the control group (P 〈 0.05 ); After treatment, the latency of SSR in the ob- servation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, while the amplitude was significantly increased ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion Low-dose Topiramate combined with Compound Amino Acid and Vitamin E capsules can effectively control seizures, improve EEG and protect neurological function on pediatric epilepsy patients with PS.
