降糖通脉胶囊对2型糖尿病脑梗死恢复期患者的疗效以及对患者抑郁的影响

Effect of Tongmai Hypoglycemic Capsules in type 2 diabetes patients with cerebral infarction and its influence on depression

目的探讨降糖通脉胶囊对2型糖尿病脑梗死恢复期患者的疗效及对抑郁的影响。方法选取2015年1月~2016年10月我院110例2型糖尿病合并脑梗死恢复期患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组接受西医常规治疗,观察组加用降糖通脉胶囊治疗,疗程均为14天。比较治疗前后两组患者神经功能缺损程度、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PG)及糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc),生活质量以及抑郁评分情况。结果治疗组神经功能的总有效率明显优于对照组(χ~2=11.23,P<0.01);治疗后,观察组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后FBG、2h PG、Hb Alc水平均较治疗前显著降低(P均<0.05),且观察组的糖代谢指标的改善情况显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后观察组HAMA评分、HAMD评分显著优于对照组(t=7.31,8.35,P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未发现严重的不良事件。结论降糖通脉胶囊对2型糖尿病脑梗死恢复期患者安全,能有效降血糖,促进神经功能的修复,改善运动情况、生活质量及抑郁情绪。

Objective To investigate the effect of Tongmai Hypoglycemic Capsules on the type 2 diabetes pa- tients with cerebral infarction and its effect on depression. Methods 110 patients from January 2015 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group （ n=60 ） and control group （ n=60 ） . The control group received routine treatment, while the observation group accepted Tongmai Hypoglycemic Capsules in extra. The degree of neurological deficits, fasting blood glucose, 2hPG, HbAlc, depression and quality of life were evaluated after two weeks of treatment. Results The effective rate for neurological deficits in the treatment group was higher than that in control group （X2=11.23, P〈0.01）; After treatment, the physical function, psychological function, social function in observation group were higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）; After treatment, the level of FBG, 2hPG and HbAlc in observation group was better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）; The scores of HAMA and HAMD in observation group was better than those in the control group （t = 7.31, 8.35, P〈 0.05）; There was no serious drug- related adverse events during treatment in two groups. Conclusion Tongmai Hypoglycemic Capsules can reduce blood glucose, promote the recovery of neural function, improve the quality of life and depression on the type 2 diabetes patients with cerebral infarction.
