纽曼健康模式对骨科手术后患者抑郁情况的影响

The effect in Newman health nursing mode on emotion of the patients with fracture after surgery

目的观察纽曼健康模式对骨科手术后患者的抑郁情况的效果。方法随机选取2015年1月~2016年1月于我院行骨折治疗手术的患者178例,随机分为观察组(n=89)与对照组(n=89),对照组患者给予常规干预,观察组患者给予纽曼健康模式干预,对比两组患者抑郁的发生情况。结果观察组患者的抑郁评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质功能以及生活质量总分显效高于对照组(P<0.05);并且观察组患者的护理依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论纽曼健康模式能够显著降低骨科手术后患者的抑郁程度,改善患者的生活质量,明显提高其护理依从性,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To observe the effect in Newman health nursing mode on emotion of the patients with fracture after surgery. Methods 178 cases of patients with fracture after surgery from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group （n=89） and control group （n=89） randomly. The control group were given conventional intervention, the observation group was treated with Newman health model intervention, the scores of depression and life quality of patients in two groups were compared. Results The scores of Hamilton Depres- sion Scale （ HAMD ） in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）; the scores of body function, psychological function, social function and material function and quality of life in patients in the observation group were markedly higher than those the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The Newman health mode can significantly reduce the degree of depression and improve the quality of life of patients with fracture after surgery.
