心理干预联合亲情护理对产褥期妇负性情绪和生活质量的影响

Effect of the second research group on negative emotion and quality of life of puerperal women

目的探讨心理干预联合亲情护理对产褥期妇女焦虑、抑郁及生活质量的影响。方法将我院收治的206例初产妇随机分成三组,对照组接受常规产后护理,实验一组在对照组基础上增加心理干预,实验二组在实验一组基础上增加亲情护理,比较三组在干预前后的焦虑、抑郁及生活质量变化。结果护理后实验二组的焦虑、抑郁程度最低,生活质量最高,实验一组次之,对照组护理前后改善不明显。结论心理干预联合亲情护理对改善产褥期妇女焦虑抑郁情绪及生活质量具有显著效果。

Objective To explore the effects of psychological nursing joint family care on the anxiety and depression mood as well asqnality of life among women in puerperium. Methods 206 women in p.erperium are classified into 3 groups randomly. The control group accepted routine postpartum nursing only, the first research group accepted medical nursing combined with psychological nursing, and the second research group accepted medical nursing and psychological nursing joint family nursing care. The changes of anxiety and depression as well as quality of life of puerperal women before and after nursing care were compared among these three groups. Results Women of the second research group were reported the highest levels of quality of life and lowest levels of anxiety and depression mood, whereas the first research group were the next and the control group were reportedthe lowest levels of quality of life and highest levels of anxiety and depression. Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with family care play significant roles in the improvement of quality of life as well as the anxiety and depression mood of women in puerperium.
