后肾腺瘤的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 后肾腺瘤是肾脏罕见的良性肿瘤,临床和影像学特征不明显,目前缺乏特异性诊断标准,常常被误诊或漏诊.近几年的研究表明,检测BRAF V600E突变或应用BRAF V600E特异性免疫组化与检测钙黏蛋白17(Cadherin17,CDH17)在后肾腺瘤中具有较高的诊断价值.后肾腺瘤预后良好,治疗上肾部分切除术可达到较好的治疗效果.
