COX-2/PGE2/EP在足细胞损伤中的作用及机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 足细胞是肾小球脏层上皮细胞,参与肾小球滤过屏障的组成.正常足细胞受损后可引起滤过屏障功能改变,从而导致蛋白尿的发生.前列腺素受体(EP)是一类G蛋白耦联的前列腺素受体,在体内主要通过COX-2/PGE2/EP轴发挥作用,介导肾脏多种病理生理过程.目前COX-2/PGE2/EP在足细胞损伤、蛋白尿发生中的作用受到广泛关注.本文就COX-2/PGE2/EP在足细胞损伤中的作用及机制,结合相关文献作一综述.
