胸部CT表现为酷似恶性结节的肺隐球菌病1例及文献复习

CT manifestation for resembling a maligant nodule of pulmonary cryptococcosis：a case report and review of literature

目的通过对1例免疫功能正常的肺隐球菌病患者胸部CT表现为酷似恶性结节病例进行分析，加强对肺隐球菌病的认识和诊断。方法报道2016年10月21日在我院就诊的1例免疫功能正常的肺隐球菌病例并结合相关文献进行复习。结果肺隐球菌病临床表现多种多样，影像学表现也形态各异，容易被误诊、漏诊，免疫功能正常的年轻患者胸部CT表现为类似恶性结节，需考虑肺隐球菌病。结论充分认识肺隐球菌病的特殊临床症状和影像学特点，对胸部CT表现为疑似恶性结节的疑似病例必要时行手术治疗，进一步协助诊断和治疗。

Objective To strengthenthe unstanding and diagnosis of pulmonary cryptococcosis, analyze the chest CT performance like malignant nodules in a pulmonary cryptococcosis patient whose immune function is normal. Methods A case of infection with pulmonary cryptococcosis in immunocometent patient was retrospectively analyzed and the related literature was reviewed. Results Pulmonary cryptococcosis described differences in clinical characteristics and CT manifestations, and was easy to be misdiagnosed. CT manifestation of immunocometent young patient was maligant nodules, pulmonary cryptococcosis should be considered. Conclusions Understanding the special character of pulmonary cryptococcosis, the suspected cases with resembling malignant nodules is necessary to operate, in order to assisting in diagnosis and treatment.
